It’s a pay-for-performance model (pay per completed booking) that creates a mutual gain for both parties. The website owner (the Affiliate) and S Hotels & Resorts share in revenues earned. Kindly noted the Affiliate Programme is applicable for Thailand properties only.

The affiliate earns a commission by referring guests to book on the SAii Hotels & Resorts or Santiburi websites. We provide affiliates with links, widgets and banners embedded with tracking codes or encoded links. Website users enjoy a fuss-free booking experience thanks to our online booking engine, automated booking confirmation emails with a unique booking reference number, and user-friendly modification and cancellation options.

Affiliates can join the programme at no cost. Simply register to receive all the set-up processes and start referring.

Affiliates earn a commission from every booking that is completed on the SAii Hotels & Resorts or Santiburi websites. There is no minimum number of bookings required to maintain affiliate status.

The commission amount is calculated based on the net base sales amount of the booking, excluding taxes and service charges. For cancelled bookings, no commission is paid.

Affiliates may not:
Make search engine bids on the keywords “S Hotels & Resorts,” including any misspellings or combinations thereof, or keywords related to the names of our properties.
Register, buy or use domains that include or approximate “S Hotels & Resorts” or the names of our properties.
Create a website that resembles or impersonates shotelsresorts.com or any of our properties’ sites.

Affiliates have access to the online platform that allows them to track transactions in real time. The platform also connects them with worldwide networks and shows the number of clicks and sales along with easy-to-understand historical data and reports.
